New Emmy Noether Project: StoreLight – Bridging Light Harvesting and Storage

We are thrilled to announce that the German Research Foundation (DFG) has accepted Dr. Helen Grüninger into its prestigious Emmy Noether Programme. In her project StoreLight, the team will focus on developing composite structures for photo-batteries that can capture and store solar energy in a single device.

The team combines advanced synthesis methods with solid-state NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction to understand transport processes in energy materials under working conditions.
